1. In short

This site does not use cookies and does not run analytics tracking. We only process the form information and lookup input you give us. Below is what we keep, why, and for how long.

2. Data we collect

Demo request form: agency name, email address, team size, and the message you write.

Creator lookup: the username you type, and a counter tied to your IP address for rate limiting. The counter is kept only briefly, and lookup history is not matched to you.

For panel users: login identity and the activity records inside the panel; these are needed for the service to work.

3. Cookies and analytics

The site has no cookies and no third party analytics or advertising tracker. The verification tool used to protect forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) does not hand your identity to us.

4. Data processors

Cloudflare: hosting the site and form verification (Turnstile).

Our own mail server: forwarding the demo request by email to us only. No automatic email is sent to the address you enter in the form.

For voice control, audio is processed by a third party model that converts speech to text, and the text is then answered by a language model. Audio is never recorded or stored at any stage.

5. Central evidence service

The eligibility check runs through a central service, and that service sees which creator you are asking about. TT Panel's operator runs that service, and the owner of that operator also runs a TikTok LIVE agency. We bind this by contract: your data is never used in another agency's business.

6. Voice data

Your voice command is only processed while it is being converted to text and then answered; it is never recorded or stored at any stage. No data is processed or stored beyond this.

7. Retention periods

Demo request information: up to 12 months from the end of the call process.

Lookup rate limit counter: up to 24 hours.

Panel user and activity records: for the length of the subscription and afterward for as long as legal retention obligations require.

8. Your rights

To learn what data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or to object to processing, just write to us by email. We answer requests within 30 days at the latest.
