Personal Data Notice (KVKK)

1. Data controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698, KVKK), the data controller is referred to in this notice as the TT Panel operator. Contact: [email protected]

2. Personal data processed

The agency name, email address, team size, and message you provide in the demo request form.

An IP address counter kept briefly for rate limiting on creator lookups.

Login identity and activity records for panel users.

3. Purposes of processing

Scheduling the demo call and communicating with you; providing the service and performing the contract; protecting the site from misuse; fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Demo request and communication: KVKK article 5/2(c), performance of a contract, and article 5/2(f), legitimate interest. Rate limit counter: article 5/2(f), legitimate interest. Panel records: article 5/2(c), performance of a contract, and article 5/2(ç), legal obligation.

5. Transfer

Data is transferred to Cloudflare for hosting the site and form verification, and the demo request is forwarded to us only through our own mail server. The servers of Cloudflare and of our mail server are located abroad; this transfer is made under KVKK article 9 and with your explicit consent. Checking the form consent box means you consent to this transfer.

For voice control, audio is processed only at the moment of conversion by a model located abroad that converts speech to text; it is not recorded or stored.

6. Retention

Demo request information is kept for up to 12 months from the end of the call process, the rate limit counter for up to 24 hours, and panel records for the length of the subscription and for as long as legal retention obligations require; data is deleted once the period ends.

7. Your rights (KVKK article 11)

You have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used consistently with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred, at home or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its deletion or destruction; request that correction or deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result that is against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.
