How TT Panel works: six steps from discovery to your team
Candidates come from the tracked countries, their eligibility is written to a record, a creator who passes seven checks gets one first message, replies collect on one screen and your team works in the same panel.
From finding candidates to your team
Step 1:Candidate discovery
New candidates from the league pools of tracked countries land in your list without searching; the same creator never appears twice.
Step 2:Eligibility evidence
Before reaching out, we check whether the creator is bound to another agency; the result is written to a timestamped, unchangeable record.
Step 3:Seven checks
An automatic first message does not go out without fresh evidence, identity, block list, no earlier conversation, quota, emergency stop and working hours.
Step 4:First message
Your agency's template decides the text; each sending account sends a creator one first message.
Step 5:Reply portal
Replies collect on the Messages screen; if the agency turns it on, the assistant prepares a reply from your knowledge base, and you take over any conversation any time.
Step 6:Team
Each employee works in the same panel with their own identity; the agency owner sees what the team did today on one screen.

The details
4-5 hours a day: the time agencies report, and how it is counted
Agencies that use TT Panel reported spending 4-5 hours a day in total on work they used to do by hand before the panel (October 2026). This is not a TT Panel measurement but the agencies' own report; it varies with team size and candidate volume, and it is not a promise of results.

The time covers four tasks. Candidate discovery: searching live streams and tables for new names. Eligibility checks: looking at each creator one by one to see whether they are bound to another agency, and taking notes. First message: adapting a template and writing to creators one by one. Reply triage: reading incoming answers and sorting out which one is waiting for the team.
In the panel, the candidate list, the evidence record, the first message with seven checks and the conversation portal take the place of these tasks. Your team still decides whom to write to, whether to turn the assistant on and which conversation to take over.
Setup and support
After payment your panel setup begins and its progress appears on the My account page; when the panel is ready, its address appears on the same page. You can contact us with any questions; support is given in your own language, and because we work with live translation software you do not need to speak English or Turkish. The panel is available in Turkish and English.
Questions about this feature
In what order does TT Panel work?
Candidate discovery, eligibility evidence, seven checks, first message, reply portal and team panel. Every step has its own page, and each step leaves a record for the next.
Where does 4-5 hours a day come from?
From the time agencies using TT Panel report: the total they spent before the panel on candidate discovery, eligibility checks, first messages and reply triage. It is not a TT Panel measurement or a promise of results; the method note on this page gives the detail.
In which language is support given?
In your own language. We give support with live translation software, so you do not need to speak English or Turkish.
Which countries does it work in?
The candidate pool, eligibility checks and the automatic first message work in every tracked country: as of October 2026 TT Panel follows 51 TikTok LIVE league pools covering 43 countries.
Does TT Panel send invitations?
No. An invitation is the agency's own step inside TikTok LIVE Backstage. The panel does not send invitations.
