  • What does the lookup show?

When you type a TikTok username you see two kinds of information. The first is the creator's public profile: follower count, LIVE league, stream category, the last day they went live and whether they are live right now. The second is agency status: whether the creator appears tied to an agency. Agency status is shown only to users who are signed in; signing in is free.

Agency status is one of five results. With "Tied to an agency", do not plan to reach this creator. "Open to agencies" means they looked invitable at the last check. "Premium invite" shows the creator can only be brought in with a premium invite. "Not eligible" says they cannot be invited for another reason, for example their region. "Unknown" means there is not enough information; it is neither a positive nor a negative signal.

  • Where does the information come from?

The lookup is answered from a snapshot taken at regular intervals. Profile details are the values at the time of the snapshot; agency status is the result of the latest eligibility check for that creator. No live request goes to TikTok when you run a lookup.

If the creator is not in the list, we say so and do not run a live search. Not being in the list says nothing about the creator; it only means they are not in the snapshot. In the panel you can add them to your own candidate list by hand and check them there.

  • What does the lookup not show?

It does not show which agency a creator is tied to, when they signed or what their contract says. It gives no contact details, and it sends the creator no message, invite or notification.

The result is not an approval or proof either. A creator's status can change: someone who looks open today may sign with an agency tomorrow. Right before you decide to reach out, a fresh check is needed and that check should be recorded. In TT Panel, the check is written to a timestamped record that cannot be changed later. Following platform rules remains the agency's responsibility.

  • Limits and verification

The lookup is free. Public profile information is visible without an account; to see agency status you need to sign in with a free account. To prevent abuse, every lookup passes an automatic human check with Cloudflare Turnstile; most visitors never see a box, and when needed a one click check appears.

The number of lookups is limited per minute, per hour and per day. When the limit is reached the tool pauses for a while and you can try again a little later. The limit keeps the tool working for everyone. If your team checks many creators every day, that is what the panel is for.

Creator lookup: frequently asked questions

Is the creator lookup free?

Yes. The lookup is free. Public profile information needs no signup; agency status is shown to users who sign in with a free account. To prevent abuse, the number of lookups is limited per minute, per hour and per day.

How current is the result?

The result reflects the latest snapshot, taken at regular intervals; no live check runs at lookup time. Run a fresh check right before you reach out to a creator.

Does "Open to agencies" mean I can write to the creator?

Not on its own. It means they looked invitable at the last check; their status may have changed since. A decision to reach out needs a fresh check and a record of it. Following platform rules remains the agency's responsibility.

What if the creator is not in the list?

That says nothing about the creator; it only means they are not in the snapshot. No live search is run. You can add them to your own candidate list by hand in the panel.

Does the lookup notify the creator?

No. The lookup sends the creator no message, invite or notification; it only reads from the stored snapshot.

Is this an official TikTok tool?

No. The lookup is a free tool from TT Panel; we have no partnership or official relationship with TikTok. The official invite and management platform for agencies is TikTok LIVE Backstage.
