Why evidence?
There are tools that can check whether a creator is eligible before you reach out. We could not find one that leaves a record you can later prove that check happened. That is where TT Panel starts: every check is written to a timestamped record, the record cannot be changed afterward, and it can be exported and shown if a dispute comes up.

An agency's most expensive mistake is writing to a creator already tied to another agency. The only defense is a record that you checked before writing. TT Panel keeps that record for you.

Voice control is not a chat, it is a command surface. The panel picks from a fixed set of actions and never makes up a command. When it is not sure, it asks you instead of acting blindly. Answers come from the panel's own data. Your voice command is only processed while it is being converted to text and then answered; it is never recorded or stored at any stage.
Data, privacy, and trust
We write out plainly who is behind this, where your data sits, and what we do not promise. None of the following is buried in fine print.

- TT Panel is run by a named, visible person. We are not an anonymous vendor; if you have a question, you reach a real person at [email protected].
- Where does my data sit?
- Each agency gets its own setup; your data is not held in a shared pool with other agencies. On the enterprise plan, the setup runs on your own server.
- Where does the eligibility check run?
- The eligibility check runs through a central service, and that service sees which creator you are asking about. TT Panel's operator runs that service, and the owner of that operator also runs a TikTok LIVE agency. We bind this by contract: your data is never used in another agency's business.
- Does my block list open up to anyone else?
- No. A creator who told you not to contact them is closed only in your own list. That list belongs to you and is never shared with another agency.
- How does my team sign in?
- Login per employee. Each employee signs in with their own identity, and access for someone who leaves closes instantly, from one place.
- What does a team member see?
- A team member sees only their own work. Nobody but the agency owner can touch agency settings or business keys.
- Where does my voice go with voice control?
- Your voice command is only processed while it is being converted to text and then answered; it is never recorded or stored at any stage. The speech to text conversion happens on a third party model, and the audio is not kept there either.
- Do you offer region or creator exclusivity?
- No. Agencies are independent of each other, and more than one agency can reach the same creator. We do not promise this, because we could not keep that promise.
- What about my personal data?
- The site collects personal data through forms. The personal data notice, privacy policy, and terms of service stay available in the footer menu.
- Who is responsible?
- Using the product and complying with platform rules is the agency's responsibility. We talk about the risks openly in the demo call.

Do you offer region or creator exclusivity?
No. Agencies are independent, and more than one agency can reach the same creator. We do not promise this; any tool that does promise it should explain how it could possibly keep that promise.
How do you know whether a creator is eligible?
We check a creator's eligibility before reaching out and write every check to a timestamped record. The record cannot be changed and can be exported and shown when needed. We do not describe how the check works on the site; in the demo we open a real evidence record and show it to you.
Who is responsible for how it is used?
Using the product and complying with platform rules is the agency's responsibility. We talk about the risks openly in the demo call, not in fine print.
How long does setup take?
We handle setup ourselves: an agency specific installation, login identities, and operator accounts. We agree on a date together in the demo call. On the Extension plan, setup happens on your own machine and ends with a short walkthrough.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. The subscription ends at the close of the current period, and the panel stays open until then. If you are not satisfied after the first month, that month is refunded; details are on the refund policy page.
How is payment handled?
The subscription is charged by card through a payment provider, which also issues the invoice. Prices are in USD. Until the payment provider is ready, the plan buttons route to a demo request instead.
