Refund policy

Every payment is final and is not refunded. This applies to a change of mind, to unused time and to a partly used billing period alike.

You can cancel at any time by writing to info@ttpanel.app, and for League also with the Cancel button on your account page.

A cancellation made in these ways takes effect at the end of the current paid period: your access continues until then and the next renewal is not charged. A cancellation made in Creem's customer portal takes effect immediately and closes access at that moment (terms of service, section 3). To avoid a renewal fee, cancel before the renewal date (by email, at least 1 business day before it); a renewal that has already been charged is not refunded.

If more than one charge is made by mistake for the same period, the excess amount is paid back through Creem. This is the correction of an erroneous charge: the no refund rule covers the price of the service received, not a charge made in error.

Creem, as merchant of record, may issue a refund or reverse a payment under its own buyer terms; in that case access to the subscription concerned closes. If a payment dispute (chargeback) is opened with your bank, access closes and the account is blocked (terms of service, section 8). If you have a problem with a payment, write to us first.

This page does not limit any rights that applicable law gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
