Creator recruitment tool for TikTok LIVE agencies
Candidate creators are collected in one list: it fills without you searching, never takes the same creator twice, and orders who to look at first by league history, streaming pattern and recent earnings.
An agency grows by meeting new creators regularly, and most of that work is still done by hand: browsing live streams, noting usernames, trying to remember whether you have come across someone before. In TT Panel, candidate creators are collected in one list. The list fills up without you searching, never takes the same creator twice, and ranks who to look at first using league history, streaming routine and recent earnings data.
Your candidate list is collected in one place. New names arrive without you searching, and the list never goes stale.
- A broad candidate pool covering the TikTok LIVE leagues of every tracked country opens to your agency with the setup.
- Your candidate list is collected in one place, and the same creator never lands twice. You can also add candidates by hand if you want.
- You see who is trending through league history, not through guesswork: which league, how the league changed, and when they were last seen live.
- New names land on your list without you searching for them. The top of the list shows who to look at.
- The list never goes stale: whether candidates are still live gets refreshed at regular intervals.
How the list fills and how to read it
- Step 1:
The list fills itself
Creators are compiled from TikTok LIVE's public league and live information. The leagues of all tracked countries open to your agency with setup.
- Step 2:
One row per creator
A creator is recognised by their permanent TikTok identity. If they change their username, no second row opens in the list.
- Step 3:
Sorted by score
The score looks at the creator's league, viewer count, days live and recent earnings. It tells you who to look at first, not who you may write to.
- Step 4:
A check before you write
Being on the list is not permission to write. Before the first message, eligibility is checked separately and written to the evidence log.

How the candidate list fills up
Creators are compiled from TikTok LIVE's publicly visible league and live stream information. A broad candidate pool covering the TikTok LIVE leagues of every tracked country opens to your agency with the setup, and new names seen later are added without you searching.
Each creator is recognized by their permanent TikTok identity, not only by username. A creator who changes their username does not open a second row; their existing row is updated with the new name. You can also look up a creator who is not on the list by name and add them by hand.
The list does not go stale. Whether creators are still going live is checked again at regular intervals. A creator who has not been seen for a while moves down the ranking but is not deleted, because not being seen for a while does not mean the account is gone.

The details
Why finding creators takes so long
Even after an hour of browsing live streams, a team member can only look at a limited number of creators, and most of them turn out not to fit the agency. The names that are found usually end up scattered across a notebook, a spreadsheet or screenshots on a phone.

A scattered list causes two problems. The same creator gets written down twice under different names, and two people reach out to the same person. The list also goes stale: a creator noted months ago may no longer stream, and you only find out by checking one by one.
Candidate discovery ties this work to a single list. The list fills itself, stays fresh and keeps each person on one row. The decision of who to write to stays with your team.
Who sits at the top of the list
The list is ranked by a score. The score looks at the creator's league, their typical viewer count over recent weeks, how many separate days they went live, how many sources they were seen in, and the diamond earnings seen in their league over the last two weeks. The score of a creator who has not been seen for a while decreases over time.

Where the score comes from is not hidden. The creator's file shows a score breakdown: each term's contribution, which league they were seen in, how many separate days they were live. The weights are our prioritization choice, not a measurement from TikTok. The score tells you who to look at first, not who you may write to.
League history is in the file too: which league and rank the creator was seen in, and when, listed with dates. You see who is on the rise from this record, not from guesswork.
Filters, sorting and search
The Creators screen is a table. Score, followers, league, eligibility result, queue status, category and last live stream sit in separate columns. You sort by any column and narrow the list with filters such as league, live status, eligibility, queue and minimum score. Search by username or display name is always available.

Clicking a row opens the creator's file: score breakdown, league history, eligibility result and evidence, block status and queue on the same page. You do not need to switch screens to look at a creator.
Being on the list is not permission to write
The candidate list is an observation: it says a creator was seen somewhere, not that you may write to them. Before the first message, the creator's eligibility is checked separately; the result is written to the evidence log as a dated record at that moment. No message goes to a creator without a fresh check.

A creator who turns out to be tied to another agency, or who is shown as unable to join an agency, is removed for good and does not come back onto your list. A creator who says they do not want to work with you goes onto your own block list only; that list is never shared with another agency.
TT Panel does not send invites. Inviting is the agency's own step inside TikTok LIVE Backstage.

Who it is for
Agencies that need to meet new creators every week.
The team spends its time on the candidates at the top of the list instead of on searching.
Teams where several people look for creators.
When everyone works from the same list, the same creator does not end up in two separate notes, and who is looking at what shows on the list.
Newly founded agencies.
Instead of starting from an empty spreadsheet, you start on day one with a broad candidate list.
Questions about this feature
Where does the creator list come from?
From TikTok LIVE's publicly visible league and live stream information. The list covers creators in the TikTok LIVE leagues of every tracked country (51 league pools and 43 countries in October 2026), and grows as new creators are seen. You can also add a creator who is not on the list by hand.
Can I write to every creator on the list?
No. The list shows who is worth a look. Before the first message, the creator's eligibility is checked separately and recorded; no message goes to a creator who turns out to be tied to another agency.
Can the same creator land on the list twice?
No. A creator is recognized by their permanent TikTok identity; even if they change their username, they stay on the same row.
What does the score measure?
It combines the creator's league, typical viewer count, streaming frequency, how many sources they were seen in, and diamond earnings over the last two weeks. The weights are our choice; the score ranks who to look at first and says nothing about eligibility.
Will a removed creator show up again?
No. A creator who turns out to be tied to another agency, or who is shown as unable to join, is removed for good; even if your team changes, the same person does not come back.
Does TT Panel send invites to creators?
No. Inviting is the agency's own step inside TikTok LIVE Backstage. The panel does not send invites.
Plan and price
Candidate discovery is included in the plan. TT Panel Core is 299 USD a month and includes every feature: first messages go out from 2 different TikTok accounts, and up to 4 people use the panel. For teams that run several agencies, we set the scope and price together; that is what the Contact us option on the pricing page is for.
Prices are in USD, and tax is added at the payment step.
