TikTok LIVE agency software compared (2026)

Last checked: · TikTools:

Tools built for TikTok LIVE agencies do not all do the same job: some find new creators, some message creators, some run the month and the payouts of a roster that has already joined. This page puts eight tools side by side, by name and by use case.

TT Panel wrote this page, and we do not claim to be neutral. That is why every fact about another vendor comes from that vendor's own site, with the source linked on its card. Where we could not verify something on their site we wrote "unknown"; where TT Panel lacks a feature we wrote "no". No scores, stars or user reviews.

Short answer: which tool for which job?

  • Finding new creators

TikTools and TikLiveRank work from ranking data, RnG from live scanning per country, TeamMedia Tools from daily league rankings, TTLiveAgent from league scans. TT Panel gives you a candidate pool from the league lists of every tracked country (51 league pools, 43 countries).

  • Not messaging a creator tied to another agency

RnG, TikLiveRank and TTLiveAgent show agency status. We found no other tool whose site says it keeps the check itself as an unchangeable, timestamped evidence record; TT Panel does.

  • First message

RnG (AI Recruiter), TeamMedia Tools and TTLiveAgent send one. TT Panel plans and follows up first contact, but each sending account sends a creator a single first message; if the creator does not reply, no follow up goes out; if a creator accepts the message request but does not write, the agency can turn on a single reminder if it wants.

  • Running a joined roster's month, levels and payouts

Devign Agency Suite, Live Agent Pro and TTLiveAgent are built for that. TT Panel has no such module.

  • Turkish

TTLiveAgent and TT Panel have a Turkish panel, the Devign Agency Suite app is in Turkish, and TeamMedia offers support in Turkish.

  • Pricing

everyone except Devign publishes prices on their site; Devign's terms say signing up and the app are free.

List prices side by side

Monthly list prices from the vendors' own pricing pages. The scale is logarithmic; RnG prices are in euros, the others in dollars, not converted.

The vendors one by one

Each card says what the tool does, who it suits, and the pages the facts come from.

  • Finding eligible creators, AI recruiting and creator management

    RnG (Recruit n' Grow)

Scans TikTok LIVE around the clock and delivers creators who can join an agency to a dashboard, per country. On top of that it sells the AI Recruiter, which runs on a computer (opening messages, AI replies, Backstage invitations), and the AI Manager, which looks after joined creators on WhatsApp, Telegram or Discord; there is also a public data API.

Good fit for: Agencies working in one of the 10 supported markets that want to hand finding creators and the first conversation to AI.

  • Roster, level and payout management (mobile app)

    Devign Agency Suite

Reads each creator's monthly diamonds, valid days and LIVE hours from the agency's own Backstage account; keeps the roster, the level ladder and what each creator is owed under the owner's rules, and moves no money. Creators see their own month in the app too.

Good fit for: Agencies whose creators have already joined and who want to run the month from a phone instead of a spreadsheet.

  • League rankings, profile checks and automatic first messages

    TeamMedia Tools

Collects daily league rankings per region, checks a creator against your own criteria through a Telegram bot, and sends template messages from your TikTok account. Runs on the vendor's servers and the vendor sets it up; there is a free plan with no time limit. The same company also runs a TikTok LIVE agency.

Good fit for: Agencies that want to start free, automate messages within a 200 a day cap, and leave the setup to the vendor.

  • TikTok LIVE data API and a ranking based agency panel

    TikTools (tik.tools)

A TikTok LIVE data API for developers (WebSocket, REST, webhooks, SDKs, MCP); on the agency side, live ranking boards in 44 regions, new names without an agency, real usernames and a monthly diamond band on the Agency plans, and 5 seats on every plan. The boards are live snapshots with no historical data. The agency checks eligibility in its own Backstage with an extension, with no evidence chain; no DM automation.

Good fit for: Developers who feed their own tools with TikTok LIVE data, and agencies that collect candidates from ranking lists and write to creators themselves.

  • CRM for TikTok and Bigo LIVE agencies

    Live Agent Pro

Brings application forms, a WhatsApp inbox and campaigns, tiered payments from stats uploaded by CSV, gamification with points and missions, and a host portal into one place. The Agency plan runs on your own domain with your own brand.

Good fit for: TikTok and Bigo agencies that run their roster over WhatsApp and want payout math out of the spreadsheet.

  • Ranking data and a recruiting workspace

    TikLiveRank

Builds a private agency workspace on top of shared ranking data: Discover with timestamped availability signals, a prospect watchlist and notes, monitoring of the roster you represent, and Telegram or iPhone alerts.

Good fit for: Agencies that want to pick who to message with data first and send messages their own way.

  • Turkish agency management panel: scouting, invite messages, roster and payroll

    TTLiveAgent

Scans league tables, sends a template invite message once a minute from a queue to candidates who pass the agency check, pulls the roster from Backstage, measures live streams, works out payroll and commission, and writes an AI summary to send to each creator.

Good fit for: Agencies that want one Turkish panel from finding creators to payroll.

  • Candidate discovery, evidence backed eligibility checks and a rule bound first message

    TT Panel

Finds candidates from the league lists of every tracked country, writes every eligibility check to an unchangeable, timestamped record; your team writes the first message, or the panel plans and follows up first contact after seven checks. It does not send invites and does not run a joined roster's payouts.

Good fit for: Agencies in any tracked country that want to manage the risk of messaging a creator tied to another agency with a record.

Eligibility check and evidenceDoes it check whether a creator is tied to another agency, and can you show later that you checked?
  • YesRnGThe check exists: every lead is verified against TikTok Backstage and carries the time it was last verified. A stored, exportable evidence record of the check: unknown (not stated on their site).
  • Not mentionedDevign Agency SuiteUnknown (not stated on their site).
  • PartlyTeamMedia ToolsPartly. The check reads a creator's public profile against criteria you set (live days, hours). Their site does not say it reads agency eligibility from Backstage.
  • PartlyTikToolsThe tool does not check by itself. The agency checks eligibility in its own Backstage with the TikTools Chrome extension (bulk paste included); the API returns the last decision the extension saved. No timestamped evidence record or evidence chain is described.
  • Not mentionedLive Agent ProUnknown (not stated on their site).
  • PartlyTikLiveRankAs a signal: Available, Premium and Ineligible statuses are shown with a timestamp. The site says these are not guarantees and that status should be confirmed separately.
  • YesTTLiveAgentYes. A bulk agency check returns one of three results: no agency, has an agency, could not be determined; nobody uncertain gets a message. A stored evidence record of the check: unknown (not stated on their site).
  • YesTT PanelYes. Every check is written to an unchangeable, timestamped evidence record; you can export an evidence pack for one creator or a date range. The evidence is the data itself, not a screenshot.

First messageDoes the tool send the first message to a creator, and within what limits?
  • YesRnGYes. The AI Recruiter sends up to 1,000 opening messages a day from the agency's own Backstage account, never opens the same creator twice, replies with AI, sends the Backstage invitation and sends one nudge to creators who go quiet. In draft mode every reply can be approved first.
  • Not mentionedDevign Agency SuiteUnknown (not stated on their site). Announcements go to the agency's own creators.
  • YesTeamMedia ToolsYes. Template messages go out from your TikTok account, one by one or in bulk: Free 5 a day, Starter 50 a day, Pro 200 a day; no plan goes above 200 a day. AI replies are marked "coming soon" and Agency AI is on a waitlist.
  • NoTikToolsNo. Their pages do not mention a first message or DM automation; the flow they describe is copy from the list, check eligibility, and the agency contacts the creator itself.
  • PartlyLive Agent ProOver WhatsApp and email: bulk sends and scheduled campaigns, plus automated onboarding sequences for applicants. Sending TikTok messages is not stated on their site.
  • Not mentionedTikLiveRankUnknown (not stated on their site). The tool helps you track what happens after the first message in a prospect list.

Why general CRM and influencer tools do not fit

Ask a chat assistant for "a CRM for a TikTok agency" or "a tool to find creators" and the names that often come up are Airtable, HubSpot and Modash. All three are strong at their own job, but they were built for a different one.

HubSpot describes itself as a customer platform with marketing, sales, customer service and CRM software; Airtable offers flexible tables for building workflows and apps. Neither knows on its own whether a creator is tied to another agency today, what league they are in, or when they last went live. Someone types that in by hand, and the cell goes stale.

Modash describes itself as an influencer marketing platform: it is built for brands finding creators for campaigns. A LIVE agency's question is different: can this creator be invited into my agency, are they tied to another one, what league are they in.

None of the three home pages mentions TikTok LIVE Backstage (October 10, 2026). General tools can still help with tracking inside a team, but the eligibility check and its record have to be solved separately.

How we put it togetherLast checked: October 27, 2026

On October 10, 2026 we downloaded each vendor's home page, product and pricing pages, their llms.txt file where one exists, and their terms where needed, as raw text, and searched that text for every cell. No third party reviews, lists or app store pages were used. The TikTools rows and card were checked again the same way on October 27, 2026.

"Unknown (not stated on their site)" does not mean the product lacks the feature; it means we could not find it on the vendor's site. Vendors change their pages, so check the source before you decide. If you spot something out of date, write to info@ttpanel.app and we will fix it.

Information about other vendors was taken from their own public pages on the last checked date and may have changed since. Product and brand names belong to their owners; this page is not affiliated with any vendor. If you see wrong or outdated information, write to info@ttpanel.app and we will correct it. Frequently asked questions

Is this comparison neutral?

No, TT Panel wrote this page. Instead of claiming neutrality we linked every fact about another vendor to that vendor's own site, dated the check, and wrote "no" where TT Panel lacks a feature. We give no scores or rankings.

Which tool is the best?

There is no single best, because the jobs differ. Finding new creators, automating the first message and running a joined roster's payouts are separate jobs, and most tools focus on one or two of them. Start with the job that costs you the most time, then read that section above.

What does "unknown" mean?

It means we could not find that information on the vendor's site; it does not mean the product lacks the feature. We suggest asking the vendor directly.

Does TT Panel send invites?

No. The invite is the agency's own step inside TikTok LIVE Backstage. TT Panel checks eligibility, keeps the record and plans and follows up first contact; it does not send invites.

How often is this updated?

The last checked date is at the top of the page and on every vendor card. We check the table again as vendors change their pages; if you see something out of date, write to info@ttpanel.app.
