Terms of service

TT Panel is a software as a service (SaaS) product offered online for TikTok LIVE agencies, in two plans. TT Panel Core covers collecting creator candidates in one list, checking and recording creator eligibility, first contact managed from the server, the reply assistant, the team panel, the browser extension and voice control. League gives access to the creator list of one TikTok LIVE league pool (section 11). Eligibility checks run through a central service; we never use the lookups that service sees, or your panel data, in another agency's work.

The service is provided by Kaan Topcu (sole proprietor), Edirne, Türkiye, info@ttpanel.app. In this document, we means the provider of TT Panel, and you means the agency using the service.

We reply to support requests by email within 1 business day at the latest.

The service is offered as a monthly subscription. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.

The subscription is bought with the Buy button on ttpanel.app or app.ttpanel.app, on the checkout page of our payment provider Creem, which acts as merchant of record.

The subscription starts when payment is received. Access to a League list opens as soon as the payment is confirmed. For TT Panel Core, setup of the panel reserved for your agency starts with the payment; when the panel is ready, its address appears on your account page.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. A cancellation sent by email to info@ttpanel.app, and for League a cancellation made with the Cancel button on your account page, takes effect at the end of the paid period: your access continues until then and the next period is not charged. Cancellations sent by email are processed within 1 business day; to make sure the next renewal is not charged, send your email at least 1 business day before the renewal date. A cancellation made in the customer portal of our payment provider Creem (the billing and card link on your account page, or the subscription management link in your payment receipt email) takes effect immediately and access closes at that moment. If you want your access to last until the end of the period, cancel by writing to info@ttpanel.app.

The refund policy is set out on a separate page and is part of these terms.

Prices are published on the site, are monthly, and are in United States dollars (USD): TT Panel Core is 299 USD a month and League is 100 USD a month. Tax that applies in your country is added by Creem at the payment step.

A price change does not affect the current period; it applies from the next renewal onward and is announced by email beforehand.

Payments are processed by Creem, acting as merchant of record. Invoices are issued by Creem and sent to your email address. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's buyer terms.

Your card details never reach us; they are held by the payment provider.

The service runs on the customer's own TikTok accounts and sessions, at the customer's direction. The customer is responsible for complying with TikTok's terms of service, community guidelines, creator and agency programme rules and applicable law. The service must not be used for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service in this way.

How the service is used, and compliance with the rules of TikTok and any other relevant platform, is the agency's responsibility. The service provides checks and records; the outcome of the relationships you form with creators is yours to bear.

You are responsible for protecting your account and login credentials and for managing your team members' access.

You must use TT Panel in line with the terms of TikTok and of any other platform you use it with. Do not use the service to send unsolicited or bulk messages, spam, or misleading content. Stay within the daily limits the service and the platforms set, and do not try to get around them. Respect people who do not want to be contacted: keep your do not contact list up to date and do not reach out to them again. Use only your own agency's accounts and data you are allowed to use.

If the service is used against these rules, we may suspend or close the account as described in section 8.

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are breached, payment is not made, or the service is used in a way that harms other users or third parties. Where possible, we warn by email first. If a payment dispute (chargeback) is opened with your bank, access to the subscription concerned closes and the account is blocked. If you have a problem with a payment, please write to info@ttpanel.app first.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or without errors. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or platform sanctions claimed to arise from the service.

Our total liability, in every case, is limited to the subscription fee you paid us in the three months before the event causing the damage.

TT Panel is software built for TikTok LIVE agencies. We have no partnership, endorsement, or official relationship with TikTok. The names TikTok and TikTok LIVE are used only to describe who the service is offered for.

League is a monthly subscription of 100 USD that gives one user access to the creator list of one TikTok LIVE league pool, refreshed every 30 minutes. It is bought with the Buy button in the app at app.ttpanel.app/league, on Creem's checkout page. The first 3 rows of each pool can be previewed without signing in or buying.

The lists are built from public TikTok LIVE league rankings. Where a pool shows an eligibility status, it comes from our own eligibility checks and describes the moment of the check; it is not a guarantee.

The lists are to be used for one purpose: helping agencies find creators they may want to work with.

You may copy and download the lists for your own agency's use. You must not resell them, sublicense them or hand them to third parties; publish them in bulk, for example on a website, in a public channel or in a shared sheet; or collect them by automated means such as scraping, bots or scripts.

One subscription is for one account and one user. Sharing a login, or using one subscription for several people or agencies, is not allowed. We may limit access that looks like sharing or automated collection, and may suspend the account as described in section 8.

How you use the lists is your decision. You are responsible for complying with TikTok's terms of service, community guidelines and agency programme rules and with applicable law, including the rules on contacting creators. You accept the risk that TikTok may restrict your accounts or take other action because of how you use the lists.

You can cancel League at any time with the Cancel button on your account page in the app or by email to info@ttpanel.app. This cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and access continues until then; a cancellation made in Creem's customer portal takes effect immediately, as described in section 3. To move to TT Panel Core, you send an upgrade request from your account page; once we approve it, your League subscription is upgraded to Core and the difference is charged pro rata for the days left in the period. While your Core panel is being set up, your League list stays open for 14 more days after the upgrade.

Payments, invoices and refunds are handled by Creem as merchant of record, under Creem's buyer terms and our refund policy, which is part of these terms. The list is delivered digitally as soon as payment is confirmed; all sales are final and there are no refunds.

Creators can ask to be removed from the lists; how this works is set out in section 10 of the privacy policy.

We may update these terms. We announce material changes by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
