TikTok LIVE automatic DM: no message goes out without seven checks
The panel plans the first message with your agency's template, but seven checks run before every message and each sending account sends a creator only one first message.
How to turn on messaging
Messaging starts switched off; you turn it on with a quota, working hours and a template.
The seven checks that run before a message
- Step 1:
Fresh eligibility evidence
The creator's eligibility must have been checked within its validity window and written to the evidence record. A check that has expired does not count for a message.
- Step 2:
Identity
The account the message goes to must be the same person as the creator in the eligibility record. A creator is recognised by a permanent TikTok ID, so a changed username causes no mix-up.
- Step 3:
Block list
A creator who asks not to be written to goes on your block list and gets no further messages. The list belongs to you alone.
- Step 4:
No earlier conversation
If this account has already written to the creator, no first message is opened. If the creator does not reply to the first message, no follow up goes out. If a creator accepts the message request but does not write, the agency can turn on a single reminder if it wants.
- Step 5:
Daily quota
When the sending account's daily limit is used up, sending stops for that day. Messages an employee writes from their own account count against that employee's own daily limit.
- Step 6:
Emergency stop
Sending can be stopped with one switch. While it is stopped, no message goes out.
- Step 7:
Working hours
Automatic sending happens only during the working hours you set; outside them no automatic message goes out. A message sent from the extension keeps to working hours too. Only a first message an employee sends by hand from the panel, one at a time, is exempt from the hours check.
If all seven checks pass, the first message goes out. If one stops it, that message does not go, and there is no way to skip the check.

The details
The one message rule
The first message goes out once. A single first message is sent to a creator from the same account, and the panel never writes a follow up on its own to a creator who does not answer. If a creator accepts the message request but does not write, the agency can turn on a single reminder if it wants.

After the agency account has written, an employee can decide to send a separate first message from their own account. That is the employee's decision, not an automatic follow up by the panel. When a template is used, your agency decides the text; if you prefer, your team writes the first message.
What happens when a gate stops a message
If one check fails, the message does not go, and there is no way to skip the check and send anyway. For example, a creator on your block list or a creator this account has already written to: that row is not sent. Automatic sending also does not happen outside your working hours.

If a fresh check shows the creator is bound to another agency, the creator is permanently dropped and does not return to your list. A check whose result is uncertain is not treated as a permanent rejection.
Questions about this feature
Does the first message go to every creator?
No. A first message goes only to a creator who passes the seven checks, and it goes once from each sending account.
What are the seven checks?
Fresh eligibility evidence, identity, the block list, no earlier conversation, the daily quota, the emergency stop and working hours. If even one fails, the message does not go.
Can I switch off one of the checks?
No. The seven checks cannot be turned off or skipped by a setting. The agency sets the quota, the working hours and the emergency stop as it wishes; the checks stay in place.
Does sending turn on by itself?
No. Message sending starts switched off. Setting the quota, the working hours and the message template and then switching it on is the agency's decision.
If a creator does not reply, is another message sent?
No follow up goes out if the creator does not reply to the first message. If a creator accepts the message request but does not write, the agency can turn on a single reminder if it wants.
Does TT Panel send invitations?
No. An invitation is the agency's own step inside TikTok LIVE Backstage. The panel does not send invitations.
Which plan includes it?
First contact managed from the server is included in the plan and runs on our server. The Chrome extension does not write to creators on its own. The price is on the pricing page.
