1. Description of the service

TT Panel is a software as a service (SaaS) product offered online for TikTok LIVE agencies. The service covers collecting creator candidates in one list, checking and recording creator eligibility, a team panel and browser extension, and, depending on the plan, voice control.

The service is provided by the TT Panel operator. In this document, we means the TT Panel operator, and you means the agency using the service.

2. Subscription and renewal

The service is offered as a monthly subscription. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.

The subscription is started through a payment provider. Until the payment provider is ready, subscriptions are set up by hand after a demo call.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the service stays available until then.

The refund policy is set out on a separate page and is part of these terms.

4. Price

Prices are published on the site, are monthly, and are in United States dollars (USD). The launch price applies for as long as it is published, after which the list price applies.

A price change does not affect the current period; it applies from the next renewal onward and is announced by email beforehand.

5. Payment and invoicing

Payments are collected through an independent payment provider acting as merchant of record. Invoices are issued by that provider and sent to your email address.

Your card details never reach us; they are held by the payment provider.

6. Use and compliance with platform rules

How the service is used, and compliance with the rules of TikTok and any other relevant platform, is the agency's responsibility. The service provides checks and records; the outcome of the relationships you form with creators is yours to bear.

You are responsible for protecting your account and login credentials and for managing your team members' access.

7. Suspension of the account

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are breached, payment is not made, or the service is used in a way that harms other users or third parties. Where possible, we warn by email first.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or without errors. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or platform sanctions claimed to arise from the service.

Our total liability, in every case, is limited to the subscription fee you paid us in the three months before the event causing the damage.

9. Relationship with TikTok

TT Panel is an independent product. We have no partnership, endorsement, or official relationship with TikTok. The names TikTok and TikTok LIVE are used only to describe who the service is offered for.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We announce material changes by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
