Short answer
TikTok does not publish the number of Diamonds needed to move up to or stay in a league, and we did not measure that threshold. What we measured is the spread of daily points on the league table in each league in the last hour before the day ended.

Why is there no fixed number?
League points reset every day and TikTok recalculates leagues every day. Since TikTok does not publish the promotion rule, a source that says "A1 takes X Diamonds" is describing its own observation or a guess.
What does our measurement show?
Our league thresholds page gives, for creators in Turkey's region, the median and the top 10% cutoff of the daily points read in each league in the last hour before the day ended. These numbers are not a promotion threshold; they are the points on the table for the creators read in that hour.
How can an agency use this?
