Short answers for TikTok LIVE agencies

Direct answers to the questions agency teams ask most. Each answer starts with a short reply, followed by detail and data. For platform rules we link TikTok's own page together with the date we checked it; rules change over time, so every answer shows its last updated date at the top.

  • How do TikTok agency invitations work?

In a TikTok agency invitation, the creator gets their invitation code from Agency Center in the app, the agency uses that code to initiate the invitation, and the creator reads and accepts it to join the agency. The invitation is an offer; nothing binds the creator until they accept.
  • How do you become a TikTok LIVE agency?

You become a TikTok LIVE agency by applying to TikTok's Creator Network program: create an account on LIVE Backstage, submit an application with company documents and pass TikTok's review. According to TikTok, you usually hear about the status of your application by email within 5 to 7 business days.
  • How do you tell if a creator already has an agency?

The most reliable way to see whether a creator is tied to another agency is the invite screen in LIVE Backstage, using your own agency account: a creator in another agency shows as ineligible and cannot be invited. The result holds for the moment you check, so check right before you message.
  • What is TikTok LIVE Backstage?

TikTok LIVE Backstage is the official management platform TikTok gives to approved LIVE agencies, which TikTok calls Creator Networks. Agencies use it to manage their creators, track live metrics such as Diamonds and active hours, handle contracts and review monthly bonuses and payouts.
  • Can you message a creator from another agency?

No, do not. TikTok's policies list creators already in another agency as ineligible for invites, and define an agency that pulls such a creator into its network as a poaching Creator Network.
  • What documents does a TikTok agency application need?

TikTok's Creator Networks page asks for three things: an incorporation or registration certificate, shareholding information, and key management and personnel information. In other words, the agency has to exist as a registered company before it applies.
  • How long does TikTok agency approval take?

According to TikTok's Creator Networks page, the review of an agency application usually takes 5 to 7 business days, and you receive the result by email. TikTok may ask for additional information during that time; LIVE Backstage access opens once the application is approved.
  • What is a TikTok multi-account violation?

A multi-account violation is when an ineligible creator joins an agency with another TikTok account, or when a creator in one agency joins a second agency with another account. TikTok then treats the account that joined first as the main account, the later one as the side account, and the agency that took the side account as a poaching Creator Network.
  • What is a TikTok Creator Network?

Creator Network is TikTok's name for a LIVE agency: a business partner company of TikTok LIVE that finds, develops and manages creators. An approved Creator Network gets access to LIVE Backstage, incentive programs and TikTok's official training and support.
  • Where is the TikTok agency invitation code?

A creator finds the agency invitation code in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Creator tools, LIVE Center and then Agency Center. TikTok's invite page also has a button that opens Agency Center directly.
  • How many Diamonds do you need for league A1?

TikTok does not publish the number of Diamonds needed to move up to or stay in a league, and we did not measure that threshold. What we measured is the spread of daily points on the league table in each league in the last hour before the day ended.
  • When does the TikTok league day end?

On TikTok LIVE, each league pool's points reset once a day, at that region's midnight. On the Turkey table we measured, the league day ends at 00:00 Turkey time, which is 21:00 UTC.
  • What is a TikTok LIVE league pool?

A league pool is a group of creators with its own league table and its own day end; TikTok LIVE leagues run by these pools, not by country. In some pools the creators come from several countries rather than one, for example Spanish speaking Latin America or the Balkans.
  • How many TikTok LIVE leagues are there?

TikTok LIVE has 18 leagues: A1, A2, A3, B1 to B5, C1 to C5 and D1 to D5. A1 is the top league and D5 the bottom, and the points on the league table reset every day.
  • What is an alternative to TikTools?

TikTools (tik.tools) is a TikTok LIVE data API with an agency panel on top; according to its own page it offers league and ranking boards in 44 regions and checks eligibility in the agency's own Backstage with a Chrome extension. For an agency that wants eligibility checks kept in a timestamped evidence log, or a first message sent under fixed rules, TT Panel is an alternative.
  • What is TT Panel?

TT Panel is software for TikTok LIVE agencies: it combines a candidate pool, an eligibility check before every first message with a result kept in an evidence log that cannot be changed later, the first message and a team view in one panel. It has one fixed monthly plan at $299 with every feature included.
  • Which creators can a TikTok agency invite?

According to TikTok's multi-account policy, an agency cannot invite a creator who is underage, already in another Creator Network, below the Diamonds or follower requirements, still in the cooling down period after leaving an agency, outside the agency's region, or banned. A creator who hits none of these is eligible to be invited.
  • How do TikTok agencies find creators?

TikTok LIVE agencies mostly find creators where they already go live: on league tables, in the LIVE feed in the app, through search, through referrals from existing creators and with the tools in LIVE Backstage. According to TikTok, Backstage offers instant messages, a list of potential creators and referral programs.
  • How do you choose TikTok LIVE agency software?

When choosing TikTok LIVE agency software, ask five questions: does it put your account at risk, does it check eligibility before you message, does it keep the result in a record that cannot be changed, does it stop two people on the team from messaging the same creator, and is the price public. LIVE Backstage is TikTok's official platform; software complements it and does not replace it.
