A league pool is a group of creators with its own league table and its own day end; TikTok LIVE leagues run by these pools, not by country. In some pools the creators come from several countries rather than one, for example Spanish speaking Latin America or the Balkans.

Is a pool the same as a country?
No. TikTok's league table response has no country or region field. We inferred each pool's country from the flags on the table, the language of the creator names, the region where profile pictures are stored and the hour the day ends. One country can have several pools, and one pool can span several countries.
How many pools are there?
As of October 2026, TT Panel reads 51 league pools covering 43 countries. That is the pools we track, not all pools on TikTok; the country by country list is on the countries page.
What does it mean for an agency?
Browsing only your own app shows you a small part of your own pool. Which creators you can invite, however, depends on your agency's Backstage region, not on the pool. Ways to find creators are in this answer.
