No, do not. TikTok's policies list creators already in another agency as ineligible for invites, and define an agency that pulls such a creator into its network as a poaching Creator Network.

Why is it risky?
A single message can be enough for the creator's agency to report you to the platform. At that point the first question is whether you checked before you wrote. A spoken answer convinces no one; a dated record that cannot be changed later does.
What should you do before messaging?
- Check the creator's eligibility in Backstage right before you write.
- Write the result, with date and time, where the whole team can see it.
- Make sure a creator who was ruled out once does not come back onto the list.
